Answer: the chador

The chador is an outer garment worn by Muslim women. It consists of a full-length semi-circle of fabric open down the front, and has no hand openings or closures, thus is held shut by the hands or teeth, or by wrapping the ends around the waist. Note: A burqa is an opaque veil worn by Muslim women observing purdah.
